. Working holiday makers who have performed a certain job for at least 3 months 88 days and in a qualified place in Australia can extend their visas for one extra year. If you apply in Australia for the 2nd year you must send the application before the due date of the 1st Working Holiday Visa.
The ETA is valid for travel within 2-years once issued. You may still apply for an Electronic Travel Authority ETA however you will not be able to enter Australia until restrictions are lifted. For this reason J-1 visa holders are generally subject to a two-year home-country residence requirement prior to re-entry into the United States.
Posts may not issue a T-1 visa.
The Minister has announced changes to the Working Holiday Maker WHM program to assist with Australias. Accordingly the period of validity of a V-2 or V-3 visa must be limited to expire on or before the applicants twenty-first birthday. A 1 Year Tourist Visa allows multiple visits to Australia for up to 12 months at a time for the purpose of tourism. Must not be accompanied by dependent children.
