We did it AugustSeptember when it was hot in the north and warm in the south. 1000 am leave from Daly Waters. Because of its position on the coast Adelaide is the perfect base for exploring South Australia wildlife attractions. The road from Darwin to Adelaide is called the Stewart Highway its 3000km long and would take 30 hours to complete the Darwin to Adelaide drive without stopping.
