Hydrogen Investment Program To whom it may concern Energy Networks Australia welcomes the opportunity to provide this submission in response to the Victorian Hydrogen Investment Program released in December 2018. Project Timelines This program is expected to commence construction in mid-2020 and be completed by mid-2021.
