. The next invitation round will be held before 7 September 2021. South Australias Skilled Migration Program for 2021-22 Skilled Migrants meeting the South Australian state nomination requirements will be able to directly apply for nomination from 8am Tuesday 20 July 2021.
Subclass 491 2200 places. The General Skilled Migration program is for skilled individuals or families looking to permanently migrate to Australia to fill Australias skill shortages. South Australia will open its skilled migration program on 20 July 2021 for this financial year.
Around 500 of these places are expected to be used for applications carried over from the 2020-21 program year.

The Skilled stream of the Migration Program is designed to attract migrants who make a significant contribution to the Australian economy and fill positions where no Australian workers are available.
