Emergency or limited-validity passports can be issued the same day.
Texas Passport Center is a Passport Courier Service. To know the date of your pick up you have to get in. Embassy or consulate general. Routine processing time for a full validity passport 10 years for adults or 5 years for children under 16 is approximately 3 weeks.
